Who was it for? Arwen is a revolutionary AI co-pilot for social media management. Originally conceived as a way to use AI to fight toxic posts, Arwen now uses AI to moderate, protect, engage and customise the social media accounts of big brands.
In a nutshell... Arwen's team had made great progress on their HubSpot instance, with focused sales and marketing setup helping them to grow the business quickly. As the team looked ahead they realised they need a more considered setup, leveraging more of HubSpot's advanced features and automation, to allow them to continue to scale at speed.
More details... Our HubSpot Roadmap engagement allowed Arwen to articulate their aims into specific goals and tasks. By working together on this brief, 2-day planning exercise, we were able to plan out exactly what Arwen's HubSpot needed to look like, and the tasks needed to get there, in order for them to scale.
This work was then broken down into workstreams - small groups of tasks with a specific aim. These aims focused on delivering immediate value, such as surfacing contacts in the HubSpot database that were ready for more significant engagement.
We stayed engaged with Arwen to deliver each workstream, scaling their HubSpot in a manageable, iterative manner that delivered immediate benefits and future benefits that allowed gradual adoption over time.
Around 1 year after our original project we were delighted to re-engage with Arwen for a second project, focused around sales measure and tracking. Delivering a robust system for team and lead management meant Arwen could better tell where the best leads and sales were coming from and what activities were best contributing to successful growth.
